Shipping Policy

FlyingHulls ships items to customers all over the world which means your order can come from Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A. or Pedreguer, Alicante, Spain depending on where you are located. Orders are filled and shipped in the order they are received, unless custom services are purchased, in which case the custom services are scheduled in the order received and the order shipped when the services are complete. Certain items require a shipping surcharge, and those are specified in the ordering process unless they have to be individually quoted. We make every effort to keep the A40 in stock, but due to shipping times and the nature of its production, there will be times we cannot ship immediately. This is increasingly rare, and we will notify you immediately if that is the case.Individual radio items and parts ship within three days.

Items are shipped using new packaging materials and established industry standard packaging techniques. We make every effort to pack your order to arrive safely. We ship all items of $100.00 value or more insured, without exception . If for some reason your order arrived damaged, act as follows:

  1. Email or call us informing us of the damage, using the order number and your name.
  2. Try not to remove the item from the packaging, and only remove enough to determine that the contents are damaged.
  3. Take a digital picture of the damage and email it to us, or, if you can't take a digital picture, inform us and we will have a shipping company rep come and look at it.
  4. Open the package and determine the extent of the damage, taking more digital pictures if you feel necessary. FlyingHulls will handle the claim and make a determination of how we reimburse you or provide replacement parts. It could be we will ask you to ship it back to us. If we do, a label for that purpose will be provided, and a pickup scheduled with your input.

We want your shipping experience with FlyingHulls to be as easy and stress-free as possible. If you want to use a particular shipping company, please feel free to ask and we will make every effort to do so. If you want to use your own shipping account, please contact us after ordering and we will adjust your order.

If your order is international , you are required to pay all customs duties and tariffs. FlyingHulls is not equipped to predict those duties and tariffs in advance, so please don't ask. We include your packing slip and invoice with the shipment.

Returns Policy

FlyingHulls only takes returns if the item arrives damaged or is defective in some way. If your FlyingHulls product is defective or otherwise unusable, please contact us immediately at custserv@flyinghulls.com, or call or fax to 513-258-0948. You will need to tell us directly what the specific defect or problem is, so that we can determine the best way of making it right. If appropriate, we will ship replacement parts, or, if no other remedy can be found, have you ship it back to us, for which a label will be provided.
