What to Expect
We make every effort to keep the A40 in stock, but due to shipping times and the nature of its production, there will be times we cannot ship immediately. This is increasingly rare, and we will notify you immediately if that is the case. You will receive an email response with the details of your order within 24 hours. We will notify you when we ship.
If you have ordered custom services such as hull finishing or assembly, the core kit price is non-refundable because we will have altered the kit in the process.
If you are ordering custom graphics, please email us in advance of ordering so that we can quote a price and create a separate invoice for it. The response will be in 24 to 48 hours from ordering.
If you are ordering an assembled boat, there is a shipping surcharge because of the much larger size of the packaging. There is also a shipping surcharge for a radio transmitter because it will usually ship separately. We will notify you immediately of the surcharge, but will charge it when we ship.
Some international orders will have to have shipping quoted. We will leave the shipping amount blank in that case and notify you of the shipping charge within 24 hours via email.
